About Us
Pewter is and always has been an alloy of tin. While lead was used in years past as an alloying element, it is not allowed in American pewter today. The traditional items are derived from the simple, clean designs of the late Colonial period. The Cape's influence is reflected in the scallop shell motif incorporated into many of my products. The Contemporary items are of my own design and reflect a commitment to the elements of classical form - well defined lines and elegant curves, resulting in a balanced and harmonious whole. I hope my work will bring you enjoyment. |
